SAFIC announces its annual level II intensive Sanskrit learning workshop for the year 2019.
2. An email based Sanskrit Learning Course for Beginners
Dr. Y. N. Rao, a renowned linguist and a resource person of Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Indian Culture (SAFIC), has been teaching Sanskrit online, free of cost since the last six years. After successfully conducting this e-mail based basic Sanskrit course with eight batches of students, Dr. Rao is ready to commence the course with the ninth batch from April 7, 2019.
This course is aimed at people of all ages who want to learn the Sanskrit language right from its very basics (including the Devanagari script). The instructional medium of the course is English.

The National Seminar on Prenatal Education: Ancient Indian Perspectives aspires to bring together on one forum a rich diversity of insights, perspectives and approaches from Indian wisdom and medical traditions that highlight a deeper and spiritual understanding of the major aspects of human birthing (reproduction), starting from conception and development of a child, role of maternity and parenting.
In addition to the special lectures and panel discussions, the seminar will also include several paper sessions for which we are inviting papers from interested speakers.
